Trago o aclamado concerto do Roger Waters de 1985, em sua tour do álbum "The Pros And Cons Of Hitch Hiking" de 1984. O bootleg intitulado "The Lunatic Is In The Hall" é a gravação do concerto que ocorreu em 28 de Março de 1985, sendo a última apresentação de uma série de três dias na cidade de Nova Iorque no Radio City Music Hall. Esse concerto é amplamente divulgado e conhecido pelos fãs sob o título de "Radio City Or Bust" elaborado pela grandiosa Harvested (HRV CDR 019).
